Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 33pok ("the Platform"). By accessing 33pok at 33pok.pro, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the 33pok platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 33pok from Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. These Terms are written in English; where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version prevails in all circumstances.

Player Eligibility

To be eligible to open and use a 33pok account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at registration and on an ongoing basis for the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. Players found to have misrepresented their age will have their accounts closed and all funds forfeited.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether you are permitted to use the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had a 33pok account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not depositing funds that are proceeds of crime or obtained by illegal means.

33pok reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

Account Registration and Security

To use the paid features of 33pok you must register a single player account. Each player may hold only one account. The following rules apply to registration and account maintenance:

• You must provide your genuine Bangladesh mobile number during registration. This number is your account identifier and must remain valid and accessible throughout the account lifecycle.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 33pok will never request your password via SMS, email, or any other channel.
• All activity that takes place on your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify 33pok support immediately.
• 33pok reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account found to be in violation of these Terms, including accounts determined to be duplicates of an existing player's account.

Players must keep account information current and accurate at all times. If your registration details change — particularly your mobile number — update your account by contacting 33pok support promptly.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 33pok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 33pok does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be added or removed at 33pok's discretion.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. 33pok is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider.
• 33pok reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation, if the transaction is flagged for security or compliance review.

Bonuses and Promotions

33pok offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure.
• 33pok reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in and met qualifying conditions at the time of amendment will be honoured at the original terms.
• Seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day are governed by their own specific promotion terms, which will be published on the 33pok platform at the time of the promotion.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance. Bets placed using bonus funds will not contribute to cashback calculations unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

33pok does not guarantee that any particular bonus will be available at any given time. Availability may vary based on player history, account status, or other factors at 33pok's sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33pok platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in further action including legal proceedings:

• Attempting to open or operate more than one 33pok account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing, fraud, or money laundering using the 33pok platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable Bangladesh law.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability on the 33pok platform. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.

33pok employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 33pok reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation. 33pok may share information with relevant authorities where required by law.

Responsible Gaming

33pok is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who feel their gaming is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and seek independent support. 33pok does not offer credit to players. All deposits must be made from funds that belong to the player and that the player can afford to lose. Gambling should be treated as entertainment with an associated cost — not as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33pok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity, even if 33pok has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 33pok's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding 12-month period.

33pok does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned technical interruptions may occur. 33pok will make reasonable efforts to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable, but is not liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of platform unavailability.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 33pok platform — including the 33pok brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 33pok or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any 33pok content without the express prior written consent of 33pok. Any unauthorised use of 33pok intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

33pok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, 33pok will publish the updated Terms on the platform and update the Last Updated date shown at the top of this page. Where amendments are significant, 33pok may also notify registered players via their registered mobile number.

Your continued use of the 33pok platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact 33pok support to request account closure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 33pok platform, you must first contact 33pok support and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved through 33pok's internal complaints process. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 33pok's decision following completion of the internal review process shall be final and binding. 33pok is committed to handling all complaints promptly and fairly.
